How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders varies depending on the selected shipping priority. If you choose standard shipping, it will be delivered within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, there is a delay in the order, we will contact you to communicate any possible shipping issues. Once the order has been placed and shipping labels have been generated, no changes to the shipping address are allowed unless the customer covers the costs, and it is expressly accepted by both parties.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are not included in the item price. They will be itemized in your purchase summary. The costs will be calculated based on the selected shipping priority (3-4 business days, express 48 hours, or express 24-36 hours) and the destination of the shipment. Orders destined for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands with a cost exceeding 49 euros qualify for free shipping with the 3-4 business days shipping option.

Can I request shipping of an order outside of Spain?

Yes, you can request shipping outside of Spain during the purchase process. We currently offer shipping throughout Europe. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier comes to deliver the order?

After the first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact them and arrange a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the shipping address you provided or at one of the carrier's offices.

After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be canceled, and we will refund the amount, deducting the return costs of the package.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

If, after a period of 5 business days from the confirmation of your order, you haven't received it, please contact us via email at info@vascyclingboutique.com.

Can I pick up my order at one of your stores?

Yes, you can pick up your order free of charge at any of our boutiques.
