What are the accepted methods of payment?
Credit card, Paypal, Google Pay, Shopay, Bank transfer, and Cetelem.
Do you offer financing for the purchase of bicycles?
Yes, all purchases over €90 can be financed with Cetelem.
Are there interest-free financing options?
No, financing is done through Cetelem, and the interest will depend on the total amount financed and the number of installments.
Do you accept bicycles as a form of payment?
We do not accept bicycles as a method of payment.
Can I change the payment method after making the purchase?
Only if you have selected the bank transfer payment option.
Shipping
What is the estimated delivery time?
Between 3-4 business days. *In case of delivery delays, we will notify you.
Do you ship the bike fully assembled?
Bikes sent to your doorstep come 90% assembled. You only need to attach the handlebars and wheels.
How can I track my order online?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link.
What is the shipping cost?
Standard shipping for orders under €49 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is €4.90. For international shipments, the cost is €25, regardless of the purchase amount.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for orders over €49 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
Once the order is placed and shipping labels have been generated, no changes to the shipping address are allowed, unless the customer covers the expenses, and it is expressly accepted by both parties.
Returns and Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. You can find more information here (link to the return page).
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
If you decide to return a product, you can do so through the transport agency of your choice. However, please note that you will be responsible for covering the return costs.
What is the exchange policy in case of manufacturing defects?
You have up to 14 days from the receipt of the purchase to notify the customer service team of the defect. Once we receive the case, we will ask you to provide photos to check and assess the defect. If confirmed, we will send you instructions for returning the product.
Can I modify my order after making the purchase?

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Can I return a product without its original packaging?
No, to process a return, the products must be in their original condition, unused, with intact tags, and in their original packaging.
Can I return a gift if it's not what I expected?

Can I return an item purchased online to a physical store?
Yes, you can process the return at any of our physical stores.
Cancellations
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, contact us by phone at (+34) 950 68 13 00 or send us a WhatsApp message at (+34) 627 208 058. If the order has already been processed in any of our warehouses or shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it. However, once you have received the product, you can proceed with its return.
Can VAS Cycling Boutique cancel my order?
Yes, VAS Cycling Boutique can cancel your order under various circumstances. This includes situations where the product is out of stock, is in poor condition, there is an issue with payment or the delivery address, or if we do not have your size when processing the order.If your order, or part of it, is canceled, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount to the account you used during the purchase.Additionally, if any typographical error is identified on the website, whether in the price or size, we will also cancel your order, notifying you in advance of the incident.
Warranties and repairs
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, the warranty is for 3 years. *For bicycles, please check the specific warranty of each manufacturer.
How can I register my bicycle to process the warranty?
You can register the bicycle on the manufacturer's website with the serial number we provide on the invoice. Our main brands are BH, Cannondale, Specialized, Orbea. *For more information, contact us by sending an email to info@vascyclingboutique.com.
Do you offer bike repair services in your physical stores?
Yes, you can contact our team by calling (+34) 950 68 13 00 or sending us a WhatsApp message at (+34) 627 208 058. They will direct you to the corresponding store.
Do you offer home repair services?
No, repairs must be done in one of our workshops. Located in Arganda del Rey, La Nucia, Roquetas de Mar, Palma de Mallorca, and San Sebastián.

Do you have a physical store where I can test the bikes?
Yes, we currently have 5 physical stores. However, we cannot guarantee the stock of the models advertised on the website in all stores.
