How should I go about returning an item?

At VAS Cycling Boutique, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with the return process.

What are the conditions for returns?

1. Returns must be requested within 14 natural days from the receipt of the product. From this date of communication, you will have a maximum of 14 natural days from the receipt of the product to return the order to our facilities in optimal conditions (according to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament on consumer rights).

2. Products must be in their original condition, unused, with intact labels, and in their original packaging.

3. Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

4. Perishable or quickly expiring products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

How should I proceed with the return?

1. Return Request: Please contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@vascyclingboutique.com to inform us of your desire to return the product. Provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.


2. Preparing the Product for Return: Ensure that the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, with its original labels and without having been used.


3. Shipping the Product: Deliver it to the post office or the carrier of your choice and send it with prepaid shipping. The shipment should be sent to the address: VAS Cycling Boutique Arganda. C/ Thomas Edison 3, 28500, Arganda del Rey, Madrid.


4. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the return and notify you by email. The refund will be made in the same original payment method.

Do I have to pay for my return?

If you decide to return a product, you can do so through transport agency of your choice. However, please note that you will be responsible for covering the return costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns with postage due. Additionally, it is important to mention that the shipment will be under your responsibility until it reaches our warehouses.

How and when will I receive the refund amount?

Once your return has been approved, usually within 2-3 business days of your request, you will receive the refund in the same way you made the initial payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card depends on your bank. The refunded amount will correspond to the RRP you paid for the returned items, minus the corresponding shipping costs, unless otherwise specified below.

Transportation costs, both for shipping and return, will be refunded in cases where VAS Cycling Boutique is responsible for the reason for the product return (e.g., incorrect shipment or faulty product).

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the European Union have a period of 14 natural days from the date of receiving the order to exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract. You can exercise this right through any unequivocal statement in which you express your decision to withdraw from the contract.
